The Site, membership area, courses, downloads, worksheets, checklists, videos, webinars, community content, and all other materials provided by Guide4Caregivers™, LLC (collectively, the “Content”) are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The Content is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your circumstances.

No Professional Relationship. Your access to or use of the Content, including any questions you submit, does not create an attorney-client relationship, provider-patient relationship (including doctor-patient), fiduciary relationship, or any other professional relationship with Guide4Caregivers™, LLC or any of its owners, contractors, or representatives.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” Guide4Caregivers™, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Content, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guide4Caregivers™, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Content or the membership; (b) any actions you take or do not take based on the Content; or (c) any third-party products or services referenced. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guide4Caregivers™, LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the membership or Content will not exceed the total amount you paid to Guide4Caregivers™, LLC for the membership during the [12] months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Consumer/Nonwaivable Rights. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Ownership. Unless otherwise noted, the Site and all content provided by Guide4Caregivers™, LLC, including text, videos, scripts, worksheets, charts, guides, templates, course materials, graphics, and the look and feel of the site (collectively, “Materials”) are owned by Guide4Caregivers™, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited Personal License. Subject to your compliance with the Site terms, Guide4Caregivers™, LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted in writing by Guide4Caregivers™, LLC, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Materials, in whole or in part.

Permission Requests. To request permission to use Materials (including for workshops, employer programs, community organizations, or professional use), contact: conact@Guide4Caregivers.com. Any permission must be in writing and may be subject to a fee and additional terms.

Reporting Infringement. If you believe any Materials have been copied or posted without permission, contact: conact@Guide4Caregivers.com and include (a) the URL/location of the material, (b) the source where you found the infringing use, and (c) your contact information.
